What currencies can I pay in?

You can choose between making you payment in Euro, US dollars or Swedish kronor.


Which credit cards can I pay with?

We accept credit card payments with Visa and MasterCard.


Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes. In the last step of the checkout you have the option of choosing PayPal as payment method.


Do your prices include tax?

All prices include VAT for orders to EU countries. For some countries outside the EU additional costs such as customs charges or other local taxes may apply, please check with your local authorities.


My discount/voucher code does not work

All discount and voucher codes are case sensitive, so please be careful with uppercase or lowercase letters when entering the code. Always press the Add-button after you have entered the code, since this will activate your code. Make sure that the code you are using is still valid.


My gift card code does not work

Each gift card only works in one specific currency – please change to the corresponding currency that is on your gift card. All gift card codes are case sensitive, so please be careful with uppercase or lowercase letters when entering the code. I’d like to order a product, but it does not allow me to put it in the Cart

If it is not possible to select an item this means that it is not available in stock at the moment. Please sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of this page, you will then receive an email as soon as the item becomes available in stock.


When is a product coming back into stock?

As soon as we have an estimated date of delivery it will normally be posted on the specific product page.


When will my order be sent out?

How long does the delivery take?

Please refer to the Shipping section for estimated delivery times.


How are the products shipped?

Orders shipped to Sweden are delivered by DHL or PostNord, orders to all other countries are delivered by UPS or PostNord. All watch order deliveries will need to be signed for.


How much will the shipping cost to my address?

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all watch orders. Please visit the Shipping section for more information.


Which countries do you deliver to?

We can ship your order to all countries in the world (except Belarus).


How do I amend or cancel my order?

If you would like to amend parts of your order, or cancel your complete order, it is important that you contact our customer services as soon as possible, via phone +46 31 7552100 or email weborder@lambrettawatches.com.

Orders placed Weekdays before 12 noon (GMT +1) are normally shipped on the same day at 3 pm (GMT +1)

Orders placed Weekdays after 12 noon (GMT +1) are normally shipped on the next weekday at 3 pm (GMT +1)

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are normally shipped on the following Monday at 3 pm (GMT +1)

Please note that we are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been shipped out, in such cases you will instead have to return the product to us after receiving it for a refund.


What’s your return policy?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – Love it or get your money back! You can return any product that have been purchased on Lambrettawatches.com within 14 days after recieving the product, as long as it is unused and undamaged. For more information, please visit the Returns section.


I would like to return a product for another item. How should I proceed?

It is possible to return the product for an exchange for another item. Additional payment can be required, or the difference will be refunded, if the price of the exchange item is not the same as the price of the return item. For more information, please visit the Returns section.

 

Who is responsible for shipping costs if I need to return a watch?

For warranty repairs, the cheapest option of carriage will be repaid. We recommend that you send the products by registered post so that it can be traced.

For returned products you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us, but we will refund the shipping cost of the original order.

You are responsible for the products until they are received by us. We do not accept postage to be paid on delivery.
